DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION
After a short 5 minute drive outside of Carpentras, down country lanes, your holiday rental, Arbres et Soleil, is walled and gated, private and enticingly secluded, at the end of a tree lined lane.
There is ample parking for 2 to 3 cars at the rear of the house, where through a covered porch one enters a hallway.
Bathroom with finely decorated tiles
On entering the hallway - to the left is a bathroom, with bath, double sink, and fine decorated tiles. Next to the bathroom, off the hallway is a bedroom with single bed (if required 2 bunk beds can replace the single).
Kitchen
Also off this short corridor is the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is colorful and well equipped with dishwasher, 5 ring electric cooking range, oven, and refrigerator. The kitchen is well equipped with all the paraphenalia for those that love cooking.
Dining area
On the other side of a door leading to an outside terrace (with dining table, suitably shaded for eating out); is the dining area, with table which seats 6-8 persons
Living area with mezzanine
A couple of steps down from the hallway is the large living area, with a grand fireplace, comfortable seating, and French glass doors opening onto another terrace and grass lawn that goes down to the swimming pool. From the living area, stairs go up to a mezzanine area, where there is a TV, with DVD, CD, VHS entertainment center, and play station. There is also a "click clack" settee that can also be used as a double bed
Also off from the hall, is a multi purpose bathroom with shower, washing machine, and washbasin. Next door to the bathroom there is also a seperate WC.
The stairs go up to a master double bedroom, with en suite washroom with WC and beautifully tiled washbasin. Also upstairs is another double bedroom
The house is colorful, intimate and well decorated using tiles, and decorative materials of the region with taste and care bringing out the joys of living in Provence.
OUTSIDE
Just outside the living room on the terrace is good sized stone barbecue with chimney. The terrace is well equipped with recliners, and other sun lounging furniture. A lovely grass lawn meanders down to the swimming pool, with accompanying jacuzzi, making it the perfect place to cool away the heat of the Summers days. The pool and jacuzzi are private and are not overlooked
The garden and terraces provide ideal balances of light and shade, providing a perfect balance for lovers of sun or shade. The large garden (5000 m2) has stunning views over the woods, olive groves, and the surrounding countryside.
