Frederic is on a domaine that is surrounded with vineyards, and has views across the Etang de Thau to Sete. The house is traditional, but with all the modern facilities, and has a large summer room, with good sized terrace, garden, looking onto a gorgeous large swimming pool (10m x 8m).

International airports are within easy driving distance - Montpellier (25 mins), Carcassonne (90 mins), Toulouse (2 and half hours) and Barcelona (3.5 hours). There are railway stations at Beziers (30 mins), Narbonne (40 mins), Agde (15 mins), Montpellier (25 mins) with TGV connections to Paris

DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION
Frederic is on a small hill that overlooks the Etang de Thau - an inland sea renowned for shell fishing - particularly oysters and mussels; with views as far as Sète. The house is part of a domaine, that has a cave selling Picpoul de Pinet, a mouthwatering white wine from the region.

The comfortable family house of Maison Frederic, is on the other side of the Domaine.
From the central courtyard of the Domaine, where there is ample parking, entrance is into a large living dining room with open fireplace, 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, dining room table with chairs, plus additional comfortable seating (including table ready for a game of chess!) with TV and radio CD. There is also an out of tune piano for honky tonk players!
A door leads to the back of the house with large kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker with hob, fridge and American style counter. There is another dining table for six. There is a utility room to one side, with separate WC. There is a washing machine, as well as a second refridgerator in a 2nd utility room. Between the kitchen and the garden is a summer room with barbecue, and varied seating, including a fold out bed (for one person).
In the garden there is a large swimming pool (10 x 8 metres), with a security fence as well as hedging around. The patio around the pool, is furnished with 6 sun loungers, and 2 pool chairs. On the terrace outside the summer room, is a dining room table for 10.
Stairs lead up from the ground floor to a central landing, with 4 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and en suite bathroom, with WC, washbasin and shower; and two bedrooms with double beds in each bedroom, and another bedroom with 2 single beds. There are 2 additional bathrooms - one with shower, bath, washbasin, and WC, and another with shower, washbasin, and WC.

ABOUT SURROUNDING AREA
Frederic, is 5 minutes away from the charming fishing villages of Mèze and Marseillan. Mèze, has many fine restaurants around the picturesque quays filled with fishing boats, and Marseillan, also boast fine restaurants, as well as guided tours and degustation at Noilly Prat which is produced there. In 20 minutes you can be bathing on the Mediterranean on one of the many sandy beaches stretching from Cap d'Agde to Sète. For those that want cosmopolitan excitement - Montpellier boasts fine art galleries, concerts, theaters, restaurants, with a youthful vigour helped by a large university and some spectacular modern architecture.
The area is rich in things to see and do, - Pezenas, with antique shops and market, Beziers with bullfighting in August, St Guilhem-le-Desert in the hills with Medieval style streets, artists selling their works, an abbey church (where part of its cloister was exported to New York), as well as further up the coast the Camargue, and of course more endless beaches!
